Objective of the Issue
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:

- To set up a manufacturing facility at Plot No. 15, Ecotech – X, Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
